Artesanos Méndez has made its quality assurance policy one of the main pillars of its strategic development. Being that large retail is the main channel for marketing our products, we consider it essential to rely on a set of tools to ensure the highest quality in all our business processes, with the ultimate goal of full customer satisfaction.

Consequently, we apply Quality Management Systems in accordance with ISO 9001-2008 and have also fully implemented the Self-Management System, in compliance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) in each of our production processes. In addition, we apply an Environmental Management System, in accordance with UNE-EN ISO 14001:2004.

Artesanos Méndez is equipped with a specific Department of Quality that implements all necessary means for the supervision, monitoring and verification of each of our processes. This Department’s application to obtain the IFS and BRC Certifications is currently in process.
